Aviation giant, Boeing, operates a 24/7 site at the Renton location. Due to the type of onsite work, a localized medical office building equipped for emergency services is available on-site for immediate care. Formerly a security badge office, the building was renovated and expanded from 5,000 to over 8,000 sqft. The project scope included exterior and interior lighting design inclusive of all offices, double height entry corridor, reception lobby, corridors, restrooms, nurses station, exam rooms, decontamination locker rooms and operating rooms. Designed while currently employed at Sazan Group.

Two floors of 23,200 SF for urgent care clinic and working residential medical student program. Scope included interior lighting and controls design for offices, lobby, corridors, exam rooms, behavioral health rooms, staff lounge, and open office areas.
